1. Booking and Payment

 

 

• Quotes are based on the information you provide. Changes to location, items, or access may affect the final cost.

• A deposit is required for all bookings.

• Full payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.

 

 

 

3. Access and Parking

 

 

• Clients are responsible for securing safe and legal parking at both pickup and delivery locations. Parking tickets issued due to unavailable or restricted parking will be added to the final bill.

• Access issues (e.g., blocked entrances, no lift) must be disclosed in advance to avoid delays and extra charges.

 

 

 

4. Liability and Insurance

 

 

• We are insured for Goods in Transit and Public Liability. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

• We are not liable for items not securely packed by the customer unless packing service was purchased.

• Claims for damage must be reported on the day of the move.

 

 

 

5. Dismantling & Assembly

 

 

• We offer help with dismantling and assembly. Please request this in advance to allow time and proper tools.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects in furniture or fixtures.

 

 

 

6. Refusal of Service

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of:

 

• Dangerous or hazardous materials

• Unsafe working conditions

• Abuse or aggression toward our staff
